Sourdough Intermediate Workshop

Have you started on your sourdough journey but are looking for some guidance in leveling up? Did you already take one of the beginner sourdough workshops hosted in our taproom and want more?

Join Danielle of The Raven’s Rise for an intermediate sourdough class (geared towards those who already have an established starter at home and understand the basics of baking a loaf of sourdough bread)

Each workshop ticket includes:

  • An intermediate guide to sourdough

  • 1.5 - 2 hours of interactive hands-on learning

  • A mini brioche/babka dough that you will fill & shape in class to bake at home (choice of filling)

  • A high hydration multigrain dough that you will learn to manipulate & shape in class (bake at home)

  • A complimentary pour from Tox (beer, wine or cider)

  • Sourdough bread, pastries & accompaniments to nibble on while learning

What we will learn:

  • Baker’s percentages

  • Working with different grains (rye, wheat, ancient grain) and blending flours

  • Working with higher hydration dough. Learning coil folds and the tartine & caddy clasp shaping method
